Direct Ordering
Bio-REV now handles all orders and enquiries for ATCC bio-products from customers in Singapore. You no longer have to endure the long distance communication issues associated with time differences. For any queries, you now have the advantage of being able to pick up the phone and communicate directly with a member of our staff.
Payments made Easier in Singapore Dollars
No more having to deal with exchange rates and cheque clearance for Singapore customers. Bio-REV accepts cash on delivery, company cheque and electronic funds transfer. For credit payment, payment is due 30 days from date of invoice. To apply for credit, kindly fill up the application and submit to us.
Customs Clearance
Bio-REV arranges all customs clearance on ATCC orders into Singapore, removing the need for you to liaise with clearing agents/freight forwarders or local custom authorities over shipments. If there is a problem, we will fix it for you.
Import Permits & Licensing Issues
As part of our service, Bio-REV handles the all necessary biological agents import permits and licensing under AVA & MOH requirements for the majority* of ATCC bio-products. This means that for most items, you no longer have to go through the process of obtaining a permit and/or license yourself.
Reduced Delivery Time
Our weekly order to ATCC is on every TUESDAY by 12 PM, unless otherwise advised, due to holidays or office shut down. Delivery time will be reduced for most items. In the event of products being out of stock or unavailable, you will be notified of the estimated delivery time.
Convenience
We deliver ATCC bio-products directly to your door during business hours. We understand the inconvenience caused when goods arrive after hours or on weekends.
Technical Support
We provide one to one technical support directly with our trained Technical Service Department together with ATCC, minimizing any possible misunderstanding and miscommunications that might arise. When you face a technical problem, we will fight a replacement vial for you free-of-charge whenever possible**.

*All orders containing Biosafety Level 3 (BSL 3) products will be shipped direct to the end user. Customers will need to hold their own import permits for all items in these orders.
**A one-time ONLY replacement vial authorized by ATCC is subjected to technical review and assessment. Prevailing local custom clearance and delivery charges might apply.
