DGel Sciences offers wide range of precast gels for protein, DNA, RNA, and oligo electrophoresis. The product specifications are tailored for various applications, electrophoresis equipment, and user preferences. Furthermore, our custom-gels offer additional flexibility in meeting special needs.

Reagents, kits, supplies, and instruments are optimized to provide total electrophoresis solution, and thus, reproducible results to researchers.

Technology

IDGel™ precast polyacrylamide gels are a product from DGel Sciences for the separation of proteins and nucleic acids. IDGel™ Tris-glycine gels come in one of two formats: with or without SDS. These precast polyacrylamide gels can be used for both the traditional Laemmli Tris-glycine buffer system and the Tris-tricine buffer system when analysis of small proteins or peptides is required. The IDGel™ TAE or TBE products are polyacrylamide gels for nucleic acid analysis under non-denaturing conditions.

IDGel™ precast polyacrylamide gels are designed for simplicity and ease of use by integrating features such as:

  • No tape to remove
  • The gels are colored for easy loading*
  • Complete compatibility with most mini-gel electrophoresis systems
  • Easy-to-open cassette
  • Embedded tracking code for reliable gel tracking
  • Shelf-life of 1 year if stored at +4°C
  • Ecological gels, environmentally friendly. Cassette made of entirely recyclable material (recycling code 1)
  • High quality, high accuracy and reproducibility with satisfaction guarentee.
